Refund Policy

At GoBower (https://gobower.com), we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our digital design platform.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with GoBower for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial charge.
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your first charge.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from Settings → Billing in your account. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges once they have been processed.
3. AI Credit Packs
One-time AI credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If you have not used any credits from a recently purchased pack, you may contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.
4. Digital Product — No Physical Returns
GoBower is a digital service (software as a service). There are no physical goods to return. All “returns” are handled as refunds per the terms described above.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact LemonSqueezy directly through their support portal.
