Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your GoBower (https://gobower.com) subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. This policy explains what happens when you cancel.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account:

  1. Log in to your GoBower account.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing.
  3. Click Manage Subscription to open your billing portal.
  4. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] and we will cancel your subscription on your behalf.

2. What Happens After Cancellation

  • Access continues — You will retain full access to your current plan features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Downgrade to Free — Once the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan with limited features and credits.
  • Your designs are saved — Any designs, mockups, or composites you created will remain in your account. You can access and export them on the Free plan.

3. Unused Credits

Unused monthly credits are not carried over after cancellation and will be forfeited when your billing period ends. Credits from one-time credit pack purchases remain in your account and do not expire.

4. No Cancellation Fees

There are no fees, penalties, or charges for cancelling your subscription. You will not be billed again after cancellation unless you choose to resubscribe.

5. Resubscribing

You can resubscribe to any plan at any time from Settings → Billing or the Pricing page. Your new subscription will start immediately and you will receive the full credit allocation for your chosen plan.
